IL PACKAGING

The Pisciotta Pietro’s has got 4 high technological production lines:

- PRODUCTS IN BRINE
- PASTEURIZED AND STERILIZED PRODUCTS
- PRODUCTS IN PROTECTIVE ATMOSPHERE
- VACUUM-SEALED PRODUCTS

Thanks to technology, the frequent washing and the careful check of salt level and quality we can ensure optimal preservation of its organoleptic properties, without change the taste.
The attention to quality and to customers satisfaction encourage the continuous search for the best packaging solutions.

- BUCKET (with sealed pouches inside, for the best hygiene and quality, or without them): the big one is primarily intended to gastronomy and catering, the small one is for the consumers.

- PLASTIC TRAY: this handy package is avaible both with seasoned olives (in protective atmosphere, which preserves the product freshness) and olives in brine.

- CAN: perfect for export and catering, it fulfills the needs of having a product with a long shell-life.

- GLASS JAR: handy and smart; the glass clearness strips the products whetting the consumer visually.

- POUCHE: the same taste and quality of the product in a cheaper package
